1. Eligibility: The SPOTTED! Crawl Space Fixers Giveaway is open to legal residents of Arkansas who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must use a valid personal Facebook account to participate through the designated official monthly SPOTTED! post published by the Crawl Space Fixers Facebook Page. Employees, owners, and immediate household members of Crawl Space Fixers LLC are not eligible.
2. Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Crawl Space Fixers LLC, operating within the State of Arkansas. The Home Depot, Facebook, and Meta are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Promotion.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant ("You") agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and represents that You meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor decisions regarding eligibility, administration, and winner selection are final to the extent permitted by law.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs September 1 through December 31, 2026 and consists of four separate monthly giveaway periods:
   
   September 1–30, 2026
   October 1–31, 2026
   November 1–30, 2026
   December 1–31, 2026
   
   Each monthly entry period ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the final day of that month. Entries do not automatically carry forward into the next month.
5. How to Enter — Spotter Prize: To participate as a Spotter, an eligible Arkansas resident must use their personal Facebook account to participate through the designated official monthly SPOTTED! post on the Crawl Space Fixers Facebook Page.
   
   A qualifying Spotter entry must:
   • Include an original qualifying photograph of a Crawl Space Fixers vehicle, crew, or other qualifying Crawl Space Fixers presence;
   • Identify the Arkansas city or community where Crawl Space Fixers was spotted; and
   • Be submitted according to the instructions provided on that month's official SPOTTED! Facebook post.
   
   The photograph must be lawfully and safely obtained. Sponsor may reject submissions that are fraudulent, manipulated, unlawful, invasive of another person's privacy, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.
6. How to Enter — Supporter Prize: An eligible Arkansas resident who has not submitted a qualifying Spotter entry for that month's drawing may participate in the Supporter drawing by using their personal Facebook account to comment their Arkansas city or community on the designated official monthly SPOTTED! Facebook post.
   
   No website form is required to enter either prize category.
7. Entry Limit: Limit one eligible entry per person, per applicable prize category, per monthly promotion period unless otherwise stated in the official monthly promotional post. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be removed or disqualified.
8. Prizes: Each monthly promotion will award:
   
   • One (1) $100 The Home Depot Gift Card to one eligible Spotter winner; and
   • One (1) $50 The Home Depot Gift Card to one eligible Supporter winner.
   
   Total approximate retail value awarded each month: $150.
   
   Maximum approximate retail value of all prizes awarded during the September–December 2026 Promotion: $600.
   
   Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their issuer. The Home Depot is not affiliated with, sponsoring, endorsing, or administering this Promotion.
9. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable prize category during the applicable monthly entry period.
10. Winner Selection: After each monthly entry period closes, one potential Spotter winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Spotter entries received for that month. One potential Supporter winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Supporter entries received for that month.
11. Winner Notification and Verification: Potential winners will be contacted by Crawl Space Fixers through the Facebook account used to participate or through another contact method voluntarily provided by the entrant after selection.
    
    Potential winners may be required to verify their name, age, and Arkansas residency before receiving a prize.
    
    If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
    
    Crawl Space Fixers will never require a winner to make a purchase, submit payment, or provide banking information to receive a prize.
12. Rights Granted for Submitted Photographs: By submitting a photograph as part of a Spotter entry, You represent that the photograph is Your original content or that You possess the necessary rights to submit it.
    
    You grant Crawl Space Fixers LLC permission to repost, display, reproduce, crop, and share the submitted photograph in connection with the SPOTTED! campaign and Crawl Space Fixers marketing and social-media activities, with or without attribution, without additional compensation.
    
    Sponsor may decline to use or may crop submitted photographs containing sensitive personal information, identifiable private information, or other material Sponsor determines should not be publicly displayed.
13. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules, contains false or misleading information, infringes the rights of another person, appears to have been obtained unlawfully or inappropriately, or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the fair administration of the Promotion.
    
    Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a monthly promotion if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or other factors materially affect the fair administration of the Promotion.
14. Facebook and Meta Disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
    
    By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Crawl Space Fixers LLC and not to Facebook or Meta.
    
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases Facebook and Meta from claims arising out of or related to participation in this Promotion.
15. Privacy: Information obtained in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, and award prizes.
    
    Participation does not require completion of a website entry form. Information voluntarily provided by a potential winner for prize verification or fulfillment will be handled in accordance with Crawl Space Fixers' applicable privacy practices.
16. Governing Law: The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arkansas.
